Our customer service is there to help and we will work with you to find the best solution should you ever have a problem with any of our products. Details about our product warranty are available in the operating manual and in our General Terms & Conditions.
If a Smartkat product fails due to a manufacturing defect, Smartkat will repair or replace the product without charge. Smartkat will use reasonable discretion to determine the validity of warranty claims.
The warranty period starts on the delivery date. The date of delivery needs to be noted on the warranty card, which is to be completed with all the relevant information and returned to the local dealer.
If you want to sell your Smartkat, you can transfer the remaining warranty to the subsequent owner.
Wearing parts are excluded from the warranty.
All components/parts replaced or repaired under warranty will receive the remaining warranty of the original part or components.
HOW TO CLAIM A WARRANTY
Please submit a scan of your original Smartkat invoice.
Send us a short description about the claim including documentation, e.g. photos.
The purchase date does not exceed your warranty period.
The serial number of your Smartkat matches the invoice document.
